Hey Jim
I wanted to say a very big thank you. In February 07 I asked for your help in the sale of John's father's estate. Even though at first (being the family decision) we didn't list with you, you still answered all of our questions. 

 When I said to the family ok, now give Jim a go in September 07 you came in and reassured them things will work out. You made them feel real comfortable with the sale of their fathers dream home. The amount of traffic we had and the house being sold by December 15th 07 was amazing.

You went above and beyond when you knew John and I were in a jam. We had to be out of the house and into an apartment by January 31st 08 and I'll have to admit I felt a bit of pressure. Your help looking for a flat until we found a home made it a little easier to breathe. Thank you.

Looking for the right house wasn't easy. I told you in December of 07 when we met the gentleman who bought John's father place, that he had a smile ear to ear and that's what I wanted. House after house it seemed not good. Even the houses I would find on MLS and you being so knowledgeable about the products on the market would tell me I wouldn't be happy and DO NOT settle. This was great advice because we wouldn't of found our home. From the moment I walked into to thee home to this very day I have a smile ear to ear. 

Jim you have been amazing through out this process and I'm blown away with the amount of effort, knowledge and dedication you have to your clients, us. If I haven't said it before thank you. Please thank Bonnie as well. She is a very strong asset for you and is amazing to work with . I know that when it comes to anyone selling, buying, needing questions answer I will be sending them your way and we'll will be back too.  We feel like we have built a life long time friendship with you and we both hold it dear to our hearts.
