This 3 bedroom cottage is located on a secluded bay on beautiful Horseshoe Lake on Millies Rd. The
cottage is build on a clean sandy beach, where children love to play. The cottage offers over 300 feet of lake frontage. It has just been completely renovated inside and out and features a new septic system and a new UV drinking water disinfection system. There is a new full width deck facing the lake and a brand new dock. It is accessed by a 7 km association maintained road and is conveniently located at the intersection of Hwy 400 and Highway 141, which goes to Rosseau. Horseshoe lake is a very interesting lake with lots of bays, islands and undeveloped shoreline. There is a restaurant, two resorts and a marina on the lake. The cottage is 2 km south of the Seguin recreation trail which links Oastler Lake Provincial Park with Algonquin Park.
