Description of Property: Byng Place has everything you need for a great cottage and Georgian Bay experience. Beautiful interior with maple and slate floors, pine timberlog walls, pine stairway and railings. A very well equipped kitchen and laundry room. Five bedrooms, one is an 800 square foot loft, there are beds for 13. The great room has a 22 foot cathedral ceiling and huge windows to enjoy the beautiful views. There are ceiling fans in every room. Televisions on both levels with Satellite TV and DVD players, the great room has surround sound. A ping pong table in the rec room make the rainy days fun too. The water is warm and clean, a shallow sandy entry from the shore and deep enough for diving at the end of the dock.
Rental boats are available close by.

A fifth bedroom is used as a games room offering additional sleeping for two. Master bedroom delights with a king size bed and electric fire place with a walkout to the lake side balcony. The house is surrounded by manicured lawns leading to a rocky slope and on to the sandy beach and a 40' dock. The sunny main floor has an open concept living room/dining room/kitchen area with walkout to the deck/balcony. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a large peninsula that comfortably seats up to six people. The dining area has a large harvest table with six chairs. The living room offers comfortable seating with leather sectional and two additional seats, and a propane fireplace under a 15-foot cathedral ceiling facing a wall of windows overlooking the lake. The spacious lower level family room functions as the TV entertainment area. We have a foosball table; electric keyboard; Nintendo and many puzzles and indoor games.
